Dripmatiq ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Dripmatiq mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information. When you create an account we collect your email address and authentication credentials via Supabase Auth. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the identifiers those services share (name, email).

Profile & Style Preferences. You may provide style preferences (body type, skin tone, color preferences, style archetype) during onboarding. These are stored to personalise outfit suggestions.

Wardrobe Data. Clothing items you add — including names, categories, colors, fabrics, and optional photos — are stored in your private account.

Location Data. With your permission, we access your device's approximate location solely to fetch local weather conditions for outfit recommendations. We do not track or store your location history.

Usage Data. We collect anonymous usage metrics (outfit generations, shake events, feature usage) to improve the App. These are not linked to your identity.

Device Information. We may collect device type, operating system, and app version for crash reporting and compatibility.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Generate personalised outfit suggestions using your wardrobe and style preferences.
• Fetch weather data based on your location to tailor recommendations.
• Process subscription purchases through RevenueCat and the platform app store.
• Improve the App through aggregated, anonymised analytics.
• Send transactional emails (account verification, password reset).

3. AI Processing

For Pro and Elite subscribers, outfit suggestions are generated using a third-party AI model (via OpenRouter). We send your wardrobe item metadata and active style parameters to the AI service. We do not send photos, your name, email, or location coordinates to the AI provider. The AI provider does not retain your data after processing.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

• Supabase — database hosting and authentication.
• RevenueCat — subscription management (receives only an anonymous user ID).
• OpenRouter / AI providers — outfit generation (receives only anonymised wardrobe metadata).
• OpenWeatherMap — weather data (receives only geographic coordinates, not linked to your account).
• Apple / Google — payment processing for in-app purchases.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in Supabase-managed PostgreSQL databases with Row Level Security (RLS) ensuring only you can access your own records. All data is transmitted over TLS/HTTPS. Wardrobe photos are stored in private, authenticated storage buckets.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@dripmatiq.app.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• Export your wardrobe and profile data.
• Withdraw consent for location access at any time via device settings.
• Opt out of non-essential analytics.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
