These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dripmatiq mobile application ("App") operated by Dripmatiq ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.
Free Tier. The App offers a free tier with limited features (5 outfit suggestions per month, up to 20 wardrobe items, 3 style parameters).
Paid Plans. Drip Pro and Drip Elite subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Pricing is displayed in the App before purchase.
Free Trials. Paid plans may include a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the first billing period.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.
Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.

You retain ownership of all wardrobe data and photos you upload. By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the App's services to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes unrelated to the App.
Outfit suggestions are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee that suggestions will be suitable for any particular occasion, weather condition, or personal preference. You use suggestions at your own discretion.
The App, its design, branding, code, and all related intellectual property are owned by Dripmatiq. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without written permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dripmatiq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
