- How do I get outfit suggestions?
- Add items to your wardrobe in the Closet tab, then shake your phone or tap the generate button on the Today tab. The AI will create outfits from your actual clothes based on weather, occasion, and your style preferences.
- What is FitMatic?
- FitMatic is our virtual try-on feature that lets you see outfits on a model — or on yourself if you add a selfie. Available for Pro and Elite subscribers.
- How do I manage my subscription?
- Go to your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Dripmatiq to change or cancel your plan. You can also view your current plan in the Pro tab within the app.
- Can I get a refund?
- Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
- How do I delete my data?
- Go to the Style tab → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete All Data". This permanently removes your wardrobe, saved outfits, and all preferences.
- Why does the app need location access?
- Location is used solely to fetch your local weather so outfits match current conditions. You can also set a destination manually instead. We never store or track your location.
- Is my wardrobe data private?
- Yes. Your wardrobe items, photos, and preferences are stored securely in your private account. We do not share your data with advertisers or third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
- The app isn't generating outfits
- Make sure you have at least one top, one bottom, and one pair of shoes in your wardrobe. The AI needs a minimum set of items to create outfits. Also check your internet connection — outfit generation requires an active connection.
